Museum Village is dedicating to preserving the history of the Hudson Valley through educational programs, hands-on-exhibits and special events. Museum Village is committed to exploring and interpreting 19th-century rural life as well as inspiring an appreciation for the evolution of industry and technology in America. Museum Village is open April - November and is located 9 miles from the inn.

Dia Art Foundation opened Dia Beacon on the banks of the Hudson River in Beacon, New York, in a former Nabisco box printing factory in 2003. The museum presents Dia’s collection of art from the 1960s to the present as well as special exhibitions and public programs. Dia: Beacon is located 30 miles from the inn. Exploring and dining in the town of Beacon is a must-do before or after your trip to the museum.

The West Point Museum is something all visitors to West Point should experience. The museum collects, preserves, exhibits, and interprets historically significant artifacts pertaining to the United States Military Academy, United States Army and the Profession of Arms. West Point is 27 miles from the inn.

The Cradle of the Trotter - The History of Harness Racing Lives Here The Harness Racing Museum is dedicated to the protection of harness racing’s memories and to the support of the Standardbred industry. Annually, more than 20,000 visitors experience the fine art, historical memorabilia, interactive exhibitry and informative films. The Museum is located just one block from the inn.
