“Our Sept. 30, 2022 event was the most impeccably planned, beautifully staged event ever. My guests had a ball. A few highlights:
—Since this was my first time working with you, I had no clue about the first-rate team that would be helping me the evening of the event. They were amazing! A special commendation goes to Nachesca, who is so accommodating and creative. I’d like to let Faith know what a gem she is to work with—just made the whole evening a joy.
—The room was set up so beautifully. Every detail was addressed. I cannot say enough about the thoughtfulness and creativity of the events you stage.
—Your company’s flexibility in helping us change venues when the weather turned cold: you made it so seamless and easy.
—And then there’s the little things! I was so worried about the lettuce on the Caesar salad (sometimes it can be so limp and tired!), and your chef must have hand-picked it that day—it was so fresh and vibrant green and delicious—a wonderful way to start the meal.
—My sister was having a birthday that day and you were kind enough to let Nachesca’s team know, and sure enough, they delivered her cake with a candle, which meant so much to her.
—You were so right about the pacing of the meal, and I was wrong to be concerned! It turned out exactly the way you predicted: people were happy to just take their time, savor the delicious food and talk. If we had sped up the service, it would have been too rushed.
—Everything was handled so beautifully at the end of the evening in terms of settling the bill, helping our guests exit, etc. Nachesca is a real pro—and she was also wonderful in helping greet our guests to get the evening started.
—The food! Everyone loved it, and each dish was so thoughtfully prepared. Big thanks to your chef. A total home run.
And one last thing I wanted to add—people like me planning an event who work with you to figure out every detail have no idea the caliber of help and support that’s waiting for them when it’s “show time!” I could not have asked for more.”

““Due to COVID we had to change our wedding plans a month before the date to a smaller affair and a new venue. We couldn’t have been more happy that was the case because that’s when we discovered the Stagecoach Inn. It was an absolutely beautiful and a perfect place for our wedding. I wanted to take this opportunity to let you know how much John and I were pleased with our wedding event at the Stagecoach. Your staff was so professional, and thought of things I did not even think to ask for! Check in was seamless- as the room was being prepared, we were ushered directly to the ante room and offered tea and my aunt was provided a mimosa ! The Inn is the best blend of the old and new, and the gas fireplace in our room was perfect ! Importantly to us , our guests had an amazing time – the food was excellent, and the cake was delicious , and it was great to be able to relax afterwards with my family in the “parlor”, which had been set up with tables. Overall, just a great experience, and one we will look back on with happiness !”
