Saftey guidelines related to COVID-19
Stagecoach Inn Policies:
Room cancellations:
Since we are a small Inn with limited guest rooms, our cancellation policy is as follows:
Cancellation seven days and greater prior to check-in will receive a full refund. Cancellations within seven days of check-in will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
Failure to check in on the scheduled arrival date will result in cancellation of your reservation and release of your room and corresponding room charge per the cancellation policy. All scheduled room nights within the cancellation window will be charged.
Room Occupancy and Pets:
Two people per room. Children under 12 are not permitted overnight, but are permitted for certain dining events and for special functions.
SERVICE DOGS AND PETS.
Pets are not allowed at the Inn at any time.
We, of course, do warmly welcome Service Dogs! Please see these well-written articles on Service Dogs if you have questions: Service Dog Certifications & The Fake Service Dog by CertaPet. Unfortunately, some people simply go online and “buy certification” for their pet. This is not only unethical as it is essentially stealing a right of a person in need, and it is illegal in New York State.
Deposit and room billing:
A deposit of one room night plus applicable sales tax is due upon booking. The remainder of your inn balance will be charged at check out.
At the Stagecoach Inn,
we are Committed to Your Safety:
Please understand that the COVID-19 policies of New York State and federal guidelines are evolving so we will do our best to keep this page updated.
It is our policy to follow CDC guidelines regarding COVID-19 and various variants. Current CDC guidelines can be found here.

Some Things that you should know for your event or dining at the Inn:
We will work together to keep each other safe.
All of us need to be aware of the safety protocols and make a mutual effort to practice them. You, your guests, and our staff will all work together to ensure social distancing, wearing of appropriate PPE such as face coverings, and sanitation. A link to the CDC’s safety recommendations can be found here.
Our management will be happy to speak with you about this or any safety issue if you have questions.
We maintain a thorough cleaning and sanitizing schedule.
In addition to our already rigorous cleaning schedules, the Stagecoach Inn is following the disinfection and hygiene requirements as advised by the CDC and New York State DOH. Tables will be disinfected between each reservation, and bathrooms, doorknobs, and other high-touch areas will be cleaned on a regular schedule. Hand sanitizer will be available for guests at stations throughout the Inn.
Please let us know if you have questions. Thanks!
The Golden Rule: Stagecoach Inn is a place where all are welcome and treated like family. All employees, visitors, and guests are expected to be respectful to others at all times. Discriminatory, violent, or aggressive behavior towards any individual or group will not be tolerated and people engaged in such behavior will be asked to leave the property.
